An organizational leader, author and advisor with more than 40 years of experience.
Dr. Larry Jones has spent more than four decades leading organizations, building businesses and serving communities across the public and private sectors. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Public Administration. His work focuses on the relationships that shape leadership, especially trust, communication and alignment. These lessons inspired his book, You Can’t Lead From Sideways, a practical guide for leaders who want to strengthen teams, address tension and keep people connected to a shared purpose.
